You can cancel your policy by submitting a written letter to us stating the reason for cancellation. You must also submit a cancelled cheque, proof of first premium payment, and other documents to support your cancellation request.
The amount or percentage of refund you can get depends on when you cancel the policy. If you do it in the first 15 days (Free Look Period) after the policy purchase, you will get a refund after deducting the expenses we incurred.
If you do it after the Free Look Period, you will receive a refund premium only for the unexpired policy period.
